The standard tours organized by us usually begin with boarding from the chosen port at 9:00AM and continue until 6:00PM unless you request an early return to the boarding pier (in case of booking you will be notified of the specific departure time, embarkation and disembarkation).

In the event of unsuitable weather predicted by reliable sources such as national meteorological bodies on the date of a tour booked by you, we’ll communicate the available replacement dates where the weather conditions will be suitable for our services and alternatives will be proposed to you, if alternatives are not satisfactory, either for personal reasons, vessel availability or impossibility of being present on that date, you will be refunded in full the service booking fee in the methodology requested by you if the conditions fall within the terms established by our guidelines.

Yes, there is the possibility of renting the chosen vessel for any period of time provided that the rental rates present in the receipt and at the time of check out are respected.
